Life drawing is one of the most important and valuable practices for any artist. At JLI we've tried many approaches to drawing live models, all clothed to keep it all-ages family friendly.
This series, led by Lead Artist Betsy Luntao, met on alternate Saturdays for 6 months. At each session the group completed up to 30 timed drawings, with times ranging from 30 seconds to 10 minutes.
In the past we've focused on gesture, costumes, faces, etc. The focus here was on capturing accurate body proportions.
